Return & Replacement Policy – Aesthetic Voyager

At Aesthetic Voyager, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer. While our products go through quality checks, occasional issues can arise. Please review our return and replacement policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please follow the steps below:

  • Submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • An unboxing video (required for claims),

    • Clear photos of the damaged product, and

    • The original packaging.

  • Requests made after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.

  • If an unboxing video is not provided and the cause cannot be verified, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.


2. Size Discrepancies

  • A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel. Products within this range are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If there's a genuine sizing issue, please share photos of the product laid flat with measurements for verification.


3. Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

  • If a customer orders the wrong size or wants to return a product without any defects, it must be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order.

  • Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the correct fit.


4. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If an item is lost in transit, a full refund or replacement will be issued after shipping confirmation.

  • If the package is not attempted for delivery within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface):

    • We will reship the order or issue a full refund.


5. Color Matching in Printing

  • We use industry-leading digital printers and eco-certified inks. However, slight color variations may occur.

  • For color-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering a test swatch before placing bulk orders.


6. Package Damage at Delivery

  • If the package appears damaged during delivery:

    • Mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks.

    • This is necessary for us to claim damages from the courier service.


7. Improper Unboxing

  • We recommend opening packages carefully without sharp objects.

  • If damage occurs during unboxing, refunds or replacements will only be possible if:

    • An unboxing video is provided, and

    • Images of the damaged outer packaging are shared.
